My Submissions

The My Submissions page shows an overview of all exhibits you have submitted to the court. From here you can get a quick view into the status of your exhibits and it's tracking number if it has been assigned. In addition, the "Actions" menu provides the following options for managing your exhibits:

Exhibit Details

Selecting this option presents you with the complete details of the exhibit, including the information you entered upon submission, information about the file you submitted, the Case Number of the case the exhibit is for, and the history of the exhibit.

Correct Exhibit

Selecting this option allows you to modify the data you entered upon submission of the exhibit. Once you have made the desired changes, click "Save" to submit your correction to the court. (Note: This option may not be available depending on the status of the exhibit.)

Download Exhibit

Selecting this option will download the original file you submitted as an exhibit. (Note: Exhibits which are non-public, part of a confidential case, or are in some statuses may not be available for download.)

View Exhibit

Selecting this option will allow you to view the exhibit without needing to download it. This viewer currently supports pdf, some image files, and text files. (Note: Exhibits which are non-public, part of a confidential case, or are in some statuses may not be available for viewing.)

Request Deletion

Selecting this option allows you to request that the court delete this exhibit from MNDES. First, enter the reason for your deletion request in the "Special Instructions" field. Then, click "Send" to submit your request to the court. If the request is approved, the status of the exhibit will be updated to "Deleted". (Note: This option may not be available depending on the status of the exhibit.)
