My Profile¶
The profile page allows you to update your account information. From here, you can change your name, add a phone number, select how you would like to be notified about your submissions, or select which counties you will be submitting exhibits to. After making your desired changes, click "Save Changes" to save them.
Notification Options¶
From the notification options drop-down, you can select how you would like to be notified about your submissions. You can always select to not be notified or notified by email. If you have entered a mobile phone number, you can select to be notified by text message, or by both text and email. (Note: Your mobile provider's standard rates for receiving text messages apply.)
My Contacts¶
Here you can manage all your contacts that are used to share exhibits with. You can add a new contact by clicking the "+ Add" button in the toolbar. You can double click an existing contact to update it. You can select a contact with a single click and then click "Delete" to delete them from your contact list.
My Activity¶
At the bottom of the page, there is the My Activity section. Here, you can view all logged history MNDES keeps about your activity in the system such as uploading, submitting, editing, viewing, downloading, and deleting exhibits; logging in to the system; and searching for cases.
Advanced Profile Settings¶
At the top-right of the page is the "Advanced Profile Settings" button. Clicking this will take you to the ImageSoft Identity homepage. From there, you can change your password, add an external login, or enable two-factor authentication.
